The second batch of Presidential nominees is expected to be approved today by the whole House.
The Presidential nominee for the post of Minister of Information of Communications, Mohamed Bangura and eight others will this morning be presented to the whole House for approval.
Mohamed Bangura was interviewed on 30th March, 2016 by the Parliamentary Committee on Appointments and the Public Service.
The Presidential nominees will be formally presented to The House today by the Majority Leader who doubles as Chairman of the Committee on Appointments and the Public Service, Hon. Ibrahim Bundu of Port Loko district.
The first batch of Presidential nominees was approved on Tuesday April 5th, 2016 by the House of Parliament.
The swearing-in ceremony of some of the Presidential appointees is expected to take place at State House today.
Parliamentary sources say that the interviews of Presidential nominees will continue until everyone has been interviewed and approved by The House.
