The former Secretary to the President, Mr. Emmanuel Osho B. Coker yesterday appeared before the Appeal Court on grounds of challenging the findings and recommendations contained in the Justice George Biobele Goodwill led Commission of Inquiry report.
The appeal first came up on the 10th May 2021 on directive hearing, presided over by Justice Fatmata Bintu Alhadi and two other Judges including Tonia Barnett and Komba Kamanda.
Giving a directive, Justice Bintu Alhadi ordered the Appellant, Emmanuel Osho B. Coker through his legal counsel, Roland Wright to file and serve written synopsis to the State respondent and court registry, and with all relevant authorities supporting his case not later than 31st May 2021 for oral argument and submissions.
The same directive was given to former President Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma through his lead legal counsel, Joseph Fitzgerald Kamara.
