ISA (Integrated Solutions Africa) Group has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Country Planning on behalf of the Government of Sierra Leone for the construction of high quality affordable houses of modest design for sale to moderate income earners, both at home and abroad.
The companyโs owner Raphael Israel informed the Global Times that his company was getting โfull collaborationโ from senior officials of the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Country Planning. He described the Ministry officials as โvery professionalโ.
Three models of the affordable housing units will be built on a land provided by the Government of Sierra Leone at Hill Station.
ISA Group has promised to build simple houses of modest design, using bricks, cement blocks, cement floors, corrugated iron roofs, hinged windows and shuttered doors, with improved toilet facilities, bathrooms and kitchens located adjacent to each house.
The owner of ISA Group, Raphael Isreal, has lived and worked in Sierra Leone and around West Africa for a period of 30 years.
The project will take four years to be completed, according to officials in the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Country Planning.
