A panel of three Justices sitting at the Court of Appeal, Honourable Justices Ansumana Ivan Sesay (JA), Alhaji Momoh-Jah Stevens (JA) and Adrian Jocelyn Fisher (J) has reserved for judgment the Commission of Inquiry matter between the State and former President Ernest Bai Koroma.
This came after submissions by Lawyers representing the State and Appellant that they relied on their synopsis filed in respect of their case.
According to Presiding Judge, Honourable Justice Ivan Sesay, judgment will be delivered within three weeks. The former President is represented by Lawyer Joseph Fitzgerald Kamara and Ady Marcauley.
Similarly, the empanelled Judges reserved the matter between the State and the 2023 Presidential Candidate for the main opposition APC party, Dr. Samura Kamara for judgment.
The matter between the State and Mabinty Daramy was also reserved for judgment. Madam Daramy is represented by Lawyer Pa Momoh Fofana.
The State is represented by Lawyer A. Suwu Kendoh, T. J Freeman and A. Lansana.
