The Regional Criminal Investigations Department in Bo is currently investigating reports of the vandalization and looting of Jontaya Estate owned by the former Hon. Vice President of the Republic of Sierra Leone Hon. Dr. Victor Bockarie Foh, by a fake investor Ouseini Banao. One of Ouseini Banaoโs concubines Sinava Lamine doubles as the Financial Secretary of the fake Gulf international Bo Airfield project.
Ouseini Banao claims to be the Chief Executive Officer of Gulf International Bo Airfield and said he had plans to establish an international airfield in Bo which was supported by high profile personalities in the country.
The Paramount Chief of Bo Kakua Chiefdom P.C. Prince Lappia Boima offered over 500 Acres of prime land situated on the Bo/Kenema highway for the Bo International Airfield project, with the understanding that they would create job opportunities for the his people in the South and Eastern regions especially women and youths .
The fake investor Ouseini Banao said to be a Burkinabe national boasted about his influence and investments in various countries across the world including Congo, Japan, Burkina Faso, Ghana and Liberia among others.
Ouseini Banao who has been described as an international 419er promised to invest in the country with the aim of establishing an International Airfield in Bo. He convinced the former Hon. Vice President Dr Victor Bockarie Foh to trust him and granted the Jontaya Estate for their use as accommodation and office space for their investment for two years.
Despite Banaoโs claims of being a millionaire, he promised to provide housing facility and vehicles for the Police in Bo and had plans to bring five aircrafts for the Bo Airfield investment it was later revealed that all these promises were bogus.
It has also been reported that the fake investor Ouseini Banao who was confidently faking the people of this country and the people of Bo in particular is reported to be on the run leaving behind his concubine Sinava Lamine who doubles as his Financial Secretary in total control of the Jontaya Estate on the Bo/Kenema highway in Bo.
Sources close to the Jontaya Estate have told Global Times that the figutive Ouseini Banao is to to pay an accumulated amount of rent to the former Hon. Vice President Dr Victor Bockarie Foh running into thousands of United States dollars.
The sources further revealed that after an ejectment notice was issued to the caretaker of the Company Sinava Lamine to vacate the said property she wasted no time in hiring her gang of criminals led by her driver named Lavalie and associates to vandalize and loot the Jontaya Estateโs fully furnished rooms with expensive furniture including beds, Mattresses, Tables, Chairs, Air Conditioners , electric cookers, Extras and many other valuable household properties used by people of good character and integrity .
The sources further told Global Times that the damage caused on the property of Dr Victor Bockarie Foh by the concubine of the fake investor Sinava Lamine and her gang of criminals has been estimated at US$76,000.
The investigation is ongoing to uncover the full extent of the deception and damage caused by the fake investor and one of his concubines Sinava Lamine.
