The Acting Chief Justice Nicholas Colin Browne-Marke has adjourned the alleged treason case between the State and the accused George Adams to the 22d October, 2024 for trial hearing.
The matter came up yesterday at the High Court No. 1 before the Acting Chief Justice of Sierra Leone.
George Adams is before the court with respect to a failed coup plot aimed at overthrowing the elected President Julius Maada Bio on the 26th November, 2023.
Lawyer Christian Kekura is prosecuting the matter on behalf of the State. The accused has been remanded.
