The Sierra Leone People’s Party Southern Regional Chairman, Alhaji Kanja Sesay, yesterday took Babadi Kamara on a short tour of the site where the new SLPP Regional Office is being constructed.
Mr. Kamara was at the SLPP Regional Office to get first-hand information of party activities, interface with stakeholders and grassroots and assess possible areas that require his personal intervention.
Alhaji Kanja Sesay gave an update on the status of the current construction work and expressed delight at the way the project was being implemented.
He said the new office when completed would positively impact the administrative activities of the party in that part of the country.
He appealed to all to remain steadfast in their support for the SLPP.
Making a brief statement, Mr. Babadi Kamara said he was impressed by the leadership exhibited by Alhaji Kanja Sesay, adding that he felt motivated and compelled to lend a helping hand to the project.
He assured that he was always receptive to anything that would help the party grow in the Southern Region.
Alhaji Kanja Sesay and Babadi Kamara are two of the enduring faces and symbols of hope of the SLPP in the South.
