Sierra Leone Commercial Bank (SLCB) has continued to make the difference as big brother in the banking industry of Sierra Leone in the entirety of its banking activities, which is geared towards customer satisfaction with the celebration of ‘Customer Service Week (CSW)’.
The bank yesterday joined the world in celebrating CSW with this year’s theme: “Power of Service” in recognition that the customer was vital in the profitability drive of the bank. CSW will attract a senior management team playing the role of the junior staff in the frontline in a bid to meet and familiarize themselves with customers of the bank.
Speaking at the launch of CSW held at the bank’s Head Office Banking Hall, Siaka Stevens Street in Freetown, SLCB Acting Managing Director, Bockarie Kalokoh reiterated that the bank was very excited about the CSW because it was an international week for customers and them. The bank, he said is seeking to excite customers with quality service.
Reiterating on this year’s theme, he said that there was power behind service and has a critical role to enable the bank to retain customers and attract more into the bank.
