President Julius Maada Bio on Friday, 27th June, 2025 officially unveiled the magnificent Chapter One multi-purpose complex in Freetown. It’s one of a kind in Africa. It is owned by one of Sierra Leone’s most successful indigenous entrepreneurs, Mr. Fasally Tarawally.
In his opening remarks, President Bio called on other Sierra Leonean businessmen to imitate the good work of this patriotic Sierra Leonean.
In his speech, Mr. Fasally Tarawally, thanked President Bio “For fostering an enabling environment for visionaries and builders.” He added “Mr. President, your commitment to national transformation gives entrepreneurs like me the platform to invest, inspire and innovate.”
Mr. Fasally Tarawally noted that, “Chapter One is more than a club. It is a symbol of what is possible when purpose meets passion, and vision meets opportunity.”
The Chapter One Chief Executive Officer added that, “This edifice is not just a club. It is a statement–that Sierra Leone can build luxury, attract global eyes, and give our people experiences that match the best in the world.”
