According reliable sources, Hon. Ishmail Kargbo decided to take Breeches Ina Turay to leave with him as a humanitarian gesture because Breeches lost his entire family member during 14th August 2017 mud slide incident that claim the lives of thousands of people, while thousands were also left homeless due to the disaster.
Speaking to this reporter, Hon Ishmail Kargbo said, “I took this boy {Breeches Ina Turay} in to my house because he begged me to accommodate him as he lost everything by the disastrous mudslide, as senior citizen and out of sympathy I allowed him to stay with me in my house like a relative of mine.
It all started on a Thursday evening when I returned home to take some money from my drawer in my room, where I kept my money and other important documents. I was shock to find the drawer empty, I went outside to look for Breeches to enquire about the missing money and documents, but he was nowhere to be found.
I went to the Criminal Investigation Department were a statement was obtained from me for further investigation.
After staying with me for two months, is that the way he wants to pay me back.
I will do all in my power to make sure that he face the full force of the Law.” He concluded.
According CID sources, a flyer with Breeches photo declaring him a wanted man have been circulated to all police stations throughout the country.
A close friend told this reporter that he last saw Breeches in a urgent mood on the 15th December 2017 at Waterloo.
