The former Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Alie Kabba, last week, led a team of SLPP stakeholders as well as grassroots and support groups in sensitizing and mobilizing eligible voters in the eleven constituencies of east urban district to go out and register and vote massively for Brig. (Rtd) Julius Maada Bio.
Ambassador Alie Kabba who was the SLPP National Campaign Spokesman in the 2018 general elections encouraged eligible voters to go out and register to vote for Dr Julius Maada Bio and the SLPP.
He noted that God has blessed President Bio, as his government has undertaken a complete overhaul of the mining sector, a rapid and holistic transformation of the energy sector, the construction of major trunk and feeder roads countrywide most especially in opposition APC abandoned communities, cash transfer to cushion the poor from the effects of COVID-19 pandemic and the free quality education and many more therefore because of these developments he urged SLPP members, supporters and other Sierra Leoneans to go and register to vote in President Bio and the SLPP in June 2023.
Ambassador Alie Kabba and his team started the sensitization and mobilization campaign on voter registration at Cline Town roundabout, Ferry Junction, Shell Company, Low Cost Junction, Texaco, Portee Junction, PMB Junction and Calaba Town Unity Ataya Base. His call to action in all the communities he visited was crystal clear, all eligible Sierra Leoneans should exercise their right to register and vote.
