The Secretary General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, has formally invited His Excellency President Dr. Julius Maada Bio โto be a Founding Member of the Transforming Education Summitโ.
According to the UN Secretary General, โSierra Leone has taken several important steps to transform education domestically and, through your Minister for Education, has made a critical contribution to the preparatory process of the Summit. Considering this, and given your role as Co-Chair of the High-level Steering Committee of Sustainable Development Goal Four, I have the honour of inviting you to be a Founding Member of this informal Group of Championsโ.
