The Harbour Police Division in Freetown led by the Local Unit Commander, Kpulun on Saturday arrested Alice Junisa, an elusive Kush dealer of Race Course Road in Freetown.
The accused, Alice Junisa, 24, was found in possession of 93 wraps of Kush which she was selling at the Bormeh Dump Site.
Also, Mohamed Conteh, 28, of No: 22 Gassama Street in Kissy was also arrested with 27 wraps of Kush at Alpha Morlai Junction in Freetown.
At Ferry Junction in the East-End of Freetown, 23-year-old Mohamed Kamara of No. 18 York Street, Freetown, was also arrested with 13 wraps of Kush by the Operations Team of the Harbour Police Division.
In recent times, after the demolition of hundreds of ghettos in the various communities under the Division, coupled with the persistent raids by the Operations Team, drug dealers have upgraded their modus operandi by moving with their stock from place to place (mobile sales) in a bid to evade Police surveillance and eventual arrest.
The suspects and the exhibits are being investigated by the Ross Road Police.
